Challenge
Karsa needed to connect the language buyers use to find produce with the details required to evaluate a supplier. Product names alone did not explain availability, sourcing or the next step.
Objective
Make each product area useful for discovery and for a more informed sourcing conversation.
Kultivate’s role
Kultivate shaped the strategy, content structure and execution across SEO, Web Services.
Approach
We grouped buyer questions into product, sourcing and fulfilment themes, then mapped those themes to page types and internal links. The plan prioritizes useful answers over a long list of keywords.
Deliverables
- Search-to-page map
- Priority content briefs
- Internal linking plan
- Information architecture
- Responsive page templates
- Enquiry journey and handoff notes
Execution
Product explanations sit alongside sourcing context and clear enquiry prompts. Content briefs define what each page must answer, while an internal-link map connects related products without making the visitor restart their search.
Outcome
- A search-to-page map and connected product structure support the next round of content development.
